This Golden Life, that comes as a stranger on every sunrise is an old friend by evening . . .”

Who are Dingle Brothers?

Though no-one knows for sure who exactly "Dingle Brothers" is referring to, word on the country lane is that they include sisters, daughters, nephews, sons, grandsons, wives, husbands and perhaps. . .  even a brother or 3.

Regardless, whoever they are, they have come together around the songs of Harry Dingle, the enigmatic hobo patriarch of the group, who has been picking the same beat up left handed guitar since the 80's, and writing music ranging from the insightfully sublime to the ridiculously insightful, and whatever lies between.

We here at Crying Tree are so very proud to be a part of their journey by releasing 2 albums of this music, out now - The larger than life introspective and fantastical storytelling of An Old Folk Tale, and the subtly beautiful, often quirky set of acoustic tales named Throw Away Them Blues
